Managed Service Clients can login here to view their personal support site or obtain their 24x7 1-800 helpdesk number.
Clients who have a Managed Service Agreement are not only enjoying the benefit of 24 x 7 monitored service, but will also receive a monthly summary report on on the status of their network along with recommendations necessary for remaining proactive on server and network performance. To view a history of your reports along with other support and environment information please click on the login link in the bar on the lower left. The support options listed to the left are only for Genesis clients with a support agreement.
