BDR Solution
 Genesis will provide a
Network Attached
Storage (“NAS”) server with a fully licensed version of Windows Storage
Server 2003. The server is available in several different models to
accomodate a various number of Windows servers to protect.
Genesis will configure, manage, and provide warranty service on the
server for
a period of three years. After three years the Company will own the
equipment and for a monthly fee
may continue to use our management and monitoring services for their
server as well as extend the warranty coverage. For
