Managed Service Offers
Support Details:
Genesis Systems Consulting, Inc. will provide
managed services for one year under a fixed fee and provide the
following services for supporting your environment including, but not
limited to:
- Anti-virus licensing for one year
- Anti-virus monitoring and management
- Spyware/Malware licensing for one year
- Spyware/Malware monitoring and management
- Service pack/Hotfix monitoring and management
- On-site and remote support during business hours
- Basic server maintenance and monitoring
- Windows Server service monitoring
- Windows Application service monitoring
- Event log monitoring
- Firewall Monitoring (if supported)
- Backup monitoring and management
