MICHAEL JIMENEZ
 Michael is currently a
shareholder in Genesis Systems Consulting, Inc. Besides managing the
day-to-day operations of the company including IT governance and
security management, he is involved with project management for network
installations, application development, and communications setup.
He is also currently involved with several information system audits
for financial institutions and other corporations through our affiliate
company Perez-Abreu, Aguerrebere, Sueiro, and Torres P.L. He has
several years experience with performing security audits, vulnerability
assessments, Gramm Leach Bliley, HIPAA, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
audits.
Prior to starting his own consulting firm Michael worked in the
technology division of a large regional public accounting firm. He also
previously worked for Pan Am Airlines and IVAX Corporation.
ALEX SUEIRO
 Alex is a member in the public
accounting firm of Perez-Abreu, Aguerrebere, Sueiro, & Torres P.L.,
and is also a shareholder in Genesis Systems Consulting, Inc.
Alex has experience in providing services to several S.E.C.
engagements, automobile dealerships, manufacturing companies, wholesale
distributors, not-for-profit organizations, financial institutions and
finance companies. Alex also has experience in performing internal
audit and operational reviews of financial institutions, as well as,
financial consulting and forensic accounting services. Alex also has
experience in testing beta versions of bank software programs.
Prior to starting his own public accounting firm, Alex was a Manager in
the Audit Department of a large regional public accounting firm.
CARLOS PEREZ-ABREU
 Carlos is a member
in the public accounting firm of Perez-Abreu, Aguerrebere, Sueiro,
& Torres P.L., and is also a shareholder in Genesis Systems
Consulting, Inc.
Carlos has experience in accounting and auditing services for several
automobile dealerships, manufacturing companies, wholesale
distributors, investment advisors, employee benefit plans and
professional sports franchises. Carlos also has experience with
financial consulting services and forensic accounting services for a
wide variety of clients.
Prior to starting his own public accounting firm, Carlos was a Manager
in the Audit Department of a large regional public accounting firm.
MIKE TORRES
 Michael is a member in the
public accounting firm of Perez-Abreu, Aguerrebere, Sueiro, &
Torres P.L., and is also a shareholder in Genesis Systems Consulting,
Inc.
Michael has experience in providing services to several S.E.C.
engagements, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturing companies,
wholesale distributors, not-for-profit organizations, financial
institutions, finance companies, telecommunication companies, employee
benefit plans and technology companies. Michael also has experience in
preparing business plans for mergers and acquisitions, performing
internal audit and operational reviews, as well as, financial
consulting and forensic accounting services.
Prior to starting his own public accounting firm, Michael was the Vice
President of Finance for Marex, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company. Prior to
Marex, Michael was an audit senior at Arthur Andersen.
JUAN AGUERREBERE
 Juan is a member in
the public accounting firm of Perez-Abreu, Aguerrebere, Sueiro, &
Torres P.L., and is also a shareholder in Genesis Systems Consulting,
Inc.
Juan has experience in various industries including automobile
dealerships, broker-dealers, commerce and homeowner associations,
financial institutions, foreign bank agencies, health care providers,
hotels and resorts, internet companies, law firms, manufacturing
companies, professional sports franchises and real estate companies. In
Juan’s twenty-five years of experience, he has become familiar with the
various aspects of operations of companies in the industries indicated
above, as well as other industries. Other areas of Juan’s expertise
include auditing, expert witness testimony, forensic accounting and
auditing, litigation support, operational reviews and regulatory
reporting.
