	MICHAEL JIMENEZ, CISA, CISM POSITION: Shareholder in Genesis Systems Consulting, Inc.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE	Besides managing the day to day operations of the company including IT governance and security management he is involved with project management for network installations, application development, and communications setup. He is also currently involved with several information system audits for financial institutions and other corporations through our affiliate company Perez-Abreu, Aguerrebere, Sueiro, and Torres P.L.. He has several years experience with performing security audits, vulnerability assessments, Gramm Leach Bliley and HIPAA compliance reviews, as well as assisting with Sarbanes-Oxley and COBIT governance, implementation, and testing. Prior to starting his own systems consulting company in August of 1999, he was a supervisor in the Management Information Systems Department of a regional accounting firm. His experience during this time involved working as a member of the technology team for several systems installations involving automobile dealerships, banks, nursery farms, law firms, internet companies, manufacturing companies, investment companies and professional sports franchises. He was also in charge of the Year 2000, IT/Security reviews and compliance mandates for the financial institutions and regulated industries serviced by the firm. He previously worked at Pan American Airlines as a Network Manager developing, implementing, and managing the airline's Wide Area Network as well as remote access solutions for the airline's global network and its employees. He was also of maintaining and implementing network security policies for the organization. He also previously worked at IVAX Corporation as a network and Lotus Notes Engineer. He was responsible for the development, implementation and management of the company's Wide Area Network (WAN) solutions for corporate headquarters and global subsidiaries and in charge of the maintenance of the corporation’s Lotus Notes Servers worldwide.
